What to Expect During Your First Acupuncture Treatment
Most people feel substantial relief and a sense of well-being immediately after the first treatment with the full effects of the treatment felt within 24-48 hours. Your response to care will indicate how many sessions will be required to reach your goals.

The first appointment will last about an hour and a half and we will go over all of your symptoms and concerns. I will feel your pulse and look at your tongue to assess the condition of your internal organs and body systems and there will be time for any questions you may have.
We'll discuss a treatment plan that's right for you and I may recommend herbal medicine, exercises, or diet changes that will quicken the healing process. Follow up treatments generally last an hour or less.
