Become Pain Free with Acupuncture

Pain is what I treat most often in my clinic; nearly all of my patients get significant relief after their first treatment and continue to improve after each treatment.

My specialty is pain relief.  Over the years, I've developed my own hands-on style that I find treats pain quickly and effectively.  I use gentle acupuncture along with other techniques such as gua sha, topical linaments, herbal supplements, and micro current stimulation of the muscles to support healing.

Acupuncture is incredible at relieving pain fast!

The Chinese adage, "where there is pain there is no free flow, where there is free flow there is no pain", describes the nature and treatment of pain by Chinese medicine.  Pain can manifest as a result of blockage of blood flow, damage to tissues, muscle tension, or nerve compression.  Acupuncture effects the nervous system and circulation to kick start the body's healing process, improve immune system response, relieve compression on the nerves and vessels of the body, and elicit a chemical cascade of neurotransmitters and hormones that help you feel better fast.

You can reduce or eliminate the use of painkillers by treating the source of the problem and not just masking symptoms!

I have helped many people get off of strong painkillers prescribed for them for back and spine pain.  Once you have had a few sessions of acupuncture and are feeling better, you can discuss adjusting your medication dosage with your doctor (please be aware that I do not recommend stopping any medication without first speaking to your prescribing doctor).

Depending on your condition, length of injury, and reason for your discomfort, I may recommend natural anti-inflammatory herbs or foods to add to your diet to support your body's healing.  Once your body has returned to balance and "free flow" is re-established, pain will naturally disappear.
